Mentoring Circles

A series of six (6) mini workshops and solution-building sessions held monthly or bi-monthly (over 6-12 months) for groups of eight (8). Participants gain personal and professional development, a strong networks/community within the corporation and opportunity to put new insights to work for the company. Based on MasterMind methodology, Mentoring Circles are designed and facilitated to deepen connection within a small group of people and provide a rich and diverse set of ideas and solutions to each member facing unique challenges and goals. Together, the collective “MasterMind” wisdom provides opportunity to launch each individual forward into their desired outcomes. Topics vary depending on desired competencies, and can include Connecting Strengths, Building your Personal Brand, Personal Best Planning, Crafting a Killer Elevator Speech, Effective Networking and Marketing Yourself. The process includes skip-level sponsorship and assignment of customized cross-functional work project. Organized mini retreats (2 hours), recommended scheduling 6 times within 6-12 months. Investment: $900 per session (6) for eight participants - $5400 per group = $675 per participant *1:1 coaching may be added for participants between sessions (6) for the reduced rate of $160/session = $960 per person

1:1 Leadership Coaching

As a Full Circle coaching client, employees receive a confidential sounding board, talent and passion inventory, powerful clarity-building questions and exercises, life and career planning, a host of resources to support them throughout the process, and follow-up to keep them accountable. Whether leaders are experiencing a career transition, preparing for a larger role, managing dramatic organizational change, have a large goal to reach, or just feel overwhelmed and out of balance, Full Circle can help. Investment: $175 per session (50 min), minimum of six (6) sessions per person

Personal Renewal Groups for Mothers - A Work/Life Initiative

Based on The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal by Renee Trudeau, this six to twelve month (12 sessions) work/life group coaching circle provides an opportunity for mothers of all ages and life stages to gather in a supportive environment, to reconnect with their individuality, create balance and transform their lives. Topics include: Motherhood and Identity, the Transformative Power of Self-Care, Creating Your Personal Support System, Managing Your Energy, Good is Good Enough, Owning Your Personal Power, Unleashing Your Creativity, Reclaiming Adventure in Your Life, Changing Relationships, Motherhood as a Spiritual Journey, Strategies for Balance, and Being Present and Remembering What Really Matters. Groups from the community and corporations are forming around the globe to enhance and transform their own motherhood and life experiences. Investment: $750 per session (12) for eight participants - $9000 per group = $1125 per participant *each topic may be offered as a stand alone workshop
